When should EuCo 2014 take place?
The end of April or the beginning of May 2014

What are the actual prices you can ask for (understood as maximum prices)?
5 days EuCo    €189 + €5 ERIC fee

When are the elections?
The elections for the EuCo 2014 will be held during the EuCo in Rome (29 May – 2 June 2013)

What should the teams prepare for the elections?
First of all, let the board know that you want to organise the EuCo 2014.
Then prepare a presentation and an information leaflet with the following information:
– Short information about the city and the country
– Travel possibilities
– Accommodation
– General program

Deadlines
– send your application to board@rotaracteurope.org : before March 22nd, 2013
– send your presentation and the information leaflet to board@rotaracteurope.org : April 5th, 2013
