TU CAMMINI, IO NUOTO

“Puzzle” association in Turin has been providing social and health services to people with outcomes of Cranioencephalic Trauma and Severe Acquired Brain Injury (0-65 years old) since 2001. “MiniPuzzle” program, in particular is dedicated to 0-16 patients.

One of the main services offered by MiniPuzzle is the hydrokinesitherapy in a dedicated swimming pool. However, due to the restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 and to the subsequent raise of energy and maintenance costs, the swimming pool was decommissioned and abandoned due to the lack of resources.

During Rotarian year 2023/2024, Rotaract Club Torino Nord-Est has committed to fundraise 15.000€ for the restoration of the swimming pool, in order to allow MiniPuzzle to start again their hydrokinesitherapy sessions.

To reach this goals, the Club has promoted several fundraising events and small markets also promoting the synergy with other Rotaract Clubs of the District 2031.
