Host the next REM or EUCO in your city!

Purpose

To aid international exchange, E.R.I.C. holds 2 weekend meetings (REMs) and 1 annual conference (EUCO). These events bring together Rotaractors from all over Europe to exchange ideas, learn about cultures, and build lifelong friendships.

Conferences

Rotaract Europe Meeting

The REM is hosted twice a year by a district in the Europe Region. It typically includes sightseeing, an E.R.I.C. meeting, and a gala dinner. The registration fee includes accommodation.

European Convention

EUCO is the biggest Rotaract event of the year, gathering over 500 guests. Across five days, attendees enjoy keynotes, workshops, cultural activities, tours, concerts, and major events such as the Gala Dinner and Gala Party.

Application Process

  1. Step 1 Read the bylaws.
  2. Step 2 Read the event manual.
  3. Step 3 Reach out to the E.R.I.C. Events Committee for guidance:

  4. Step 4 Fill the bid documents and obtain support from your local Rotary.
  5. Step 5 Fill the Sustainable Event Checklist.
  6. Step 6 Prepare the budget proposal.
  7. Step 7 Prepare a presentation following the provided template.
  8. Step 8 Submit your application via the official form.
