Through “Make a change, turn the page”, we wanted to make people choose substance (culture) over appearance (clothing). To achieve this, we created a book fair where we invited people to bring clothes in exchange for a book. The clothes were given to people in need and the remaining books were given to rural schools. This way we managed to promote reading and help our community.
We wanted to make people choose substance (culture) over appearance (clothing). The project acts on multiple levels and influences people from diverse backgrounds: we help poor people with clothes, we give books to young people who donate clothes, we create the symbol that knowledge is more important than material things, we create the image that helping is cool, we create the image that reading is cool and classy, we make an entertainment event, we collaborate with several organizations.
