We need energy in our fast and busy lives. As we know, we took energy from foods. However, we have noticed that most of the times we consume unwholesome foods. This affected both our energy and our health. So we wanted to be informed about healthy nutrition and we need to learn how to adapt healthy eating in to our lives.
We organized 2-stage training. In the first part, our nutritionist expert informed us about healthy nutrition. He informed us about how we should be eat more healthy and in a quick way. Then, in the second part we organized a kitchen workshop. We have experienced how we can prepare healthy snacks and meals practically. Finally we ate our healthy snacks and meals with pleasure.
