Professional development and self-growth is one of the club’s priority activities this year.

On a monthly basis, we organize a wide range of training courses, seminars, workshops on the issues of communications, leadership, motivation, business, personal development and other topics.

By this time we have already had several amazing lectures held by professional coaches and the members of Rotary and Rotaract.

The first workshop was dedicated to overcoming the fear of public speaking. All proceeds went to the rehabilitation center for children and adolescents with disabilities.

This was followed by a motivational goal-setting seminar organized by Rotary club members. The invaluable methods presented at the event not only help to setgoals, but also provide with strategic tools that can be applied right away for further motivation. All the funds raised were donated to the polio foundation.

Our sponsor Rotary club have actively supported our initiative and conducted several useful seminars of their own. The first was named “The first steps of any businessman” where we studied some systems for working with buyers and suppliers and got acquainted with several services for customer search. The second one was devoted to the effective communication and negotiation skills. In addition, we plan to organize regular one-day intensive seminars with the goal of getting to know the techniques, strategies and tactics of successful negotiations and apply them in business life.

Putting in time for the extra learning eventually pays off. It means that we can be more satisfied with our lives and jobs, as we understand more about who we are and what we do.

We support young people in a process of continuous development and learning to enhance their skills and try to develop conditions that encourage that.
