  • 18th January–25th February : Promotion of BESP , TCA , RRCA, and 4 Themes applications to Social Committee

  • 25th February – 5th March : Rotaract members outside ERIC multi-district, TCA BESP winners, ERIC President and Social Officer will vote upon the top 8 applications

  • 5th March – 12th March : CRs, ERIC President and Social Officer will select the 5 finalists

  • 12th March–17th March : ERIC Board picks TOP 3 and Europe-ERIC President and Social officer pick 1-2-3 order

  • 7 April 2018 : Award Ceremony during EuCo Antwerp
